The historic, beautiful buildings, the University of Toronto, and the incredibly diverse population, are all hallmarks of the Annex/Yorkville.

Known for its exciting nightlife in addition to many popular restaurants, including Playa Cabana and Flo’s Diner, is the Annex/Yorkville.  The Annex/Yorkville is home to many young students and businesspeople, as the Spadina, St. George, and Bay Subway stations allow for quick and easy transportation to both the University of Toronto and additional downtown streets.  The residents of the Annex/Yorkville can find themselves within walking distance to Queens Park, a Whole Foods grocery store, and the Manulife Centre, which features a variety of retail stores, a Cineplex theatre, and The One Eighty restaurant.

The Annex/Yorkville is comprised of many semi-detached houses in addition to a variety of condominium buildings. It is an extremely eventful neighbourhood, and is the place to be if you are seeking great food and entertainment.
